Every childhood is different. Yet almost all of us remember one.
The programme
Memories that shape us.
A favourite meal. A beloved pet. A game played with friends. A cherished toy. A bedtime story. A place that seemed magical. These memories stay with us long after childhood has passed.
In 2027, Artists for Humanity returns with Memories of a Childhood, bringing artists, hospitality, businesses and the wider community together around the experiences and memories of childhood.
The programme brings together contemporary art, illustration, photography, literature, fashion, food and other creative experiences, each exploring childhood in a different way.
At its heart are the children and families of the Kantha Bopha Pediatric Cancer Ward. As we remember and celebrate our own childhoods, AFH hopes to help create new memories through moments of joy, discovery and imagination.
